Meet Vanessa

Vanessa has worked as an Early Childhood Educator, Behavioral Interventionist, Student Wellness Coach, Mental Health Therapist. Her 18-years of extensive experience has allowed her to comprehensively understand her client’s needs and work collaboratively to empower them to facilitate their path to success.
She provides her clients with the opportunity to identify their strengths and achieve their potential.

Vanessa provides a therapeutic space which is warm, caring and nonjudgmental. She is committed to empowering the individual and supporting them to reach a place of self-determination.

Vanessa holds specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Vanessa is a Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). She has graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from St. Thomas University and earned her Masters of Art in Counseling (M.A.) from Yorkville University.
