Toni is a compassionate and dedicated professional, deeply committed to promoting the well-being of those she serves. Toni strives to cultivate a warm, supportive atmosphere that encourages individuals to explore their challenges and move toward personal growth. Toni’s passion shines through her commitment to helping clients uncover meaningful solutions, reach their goals, and strengthen their ability to cope with and overcome life’s difficulties. Acknowledging the strength it takes to engage in therapy and the demanding nature of the healing journey, Toni is dedicated to forging a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, respect, deep empathy, and sincere care. This foundation allows her to work collaboratively with clients as they move towards personal growth and overall well-being.

With a heart for working with clients of all ages, Toni finds profound fulfillment in helping children, teens, adults, and families through life’s transitions. She is dedicated to fostering strength, connection, and personal growth, empowering each person to thrive in their distinctive way.

Dedicated to embracing diversity, she provides a compassionate, culturally mindful therapeutic space where individuals of all backgrounds can heal and grow. Toni draws from various evidence-based techniques to support her clients, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioural therapy (DBT), person-centred, and solution-focused therapy. Toni also incorporates strength-based approaches and mindfulness practices, crafting a holistic therapeutic experience uniquely aligned with each client’s needs.

Committed to upholding the highest standard of ethical and professional conduct, Toni is a member in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and the Psychologists Association of Alberta (PAA). Toni holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alberta and a Master of Counselling Psychology Degree from City University of Seattle. Toni’s academic background has provided her with a deep insight into human psychology, allowing her to approach the intricate workings of the human mind with both knowledge and compassion. Toni is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and expertise through continuous professional development to enhance her ability to support her clients.
