As human beings, feelings of burnout, anxiety, or depression can arise at various points in our lives. Consulting a psychologist can be immensely beneficial in addressing these challenges.

Sophia Aarons

Denae has personally observed the profound impact of therapy and the remarkable advancements individuals can make while learning to navigate their emotions, foster resilience, and establish valuable connections with others.

Understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all solution, Denae actively engages with clients to create tailor-made strategies that address their individual needs effectively. Denae views each person from a “biological-psychological-social-spiritual” lens, and aims to support clients to achieve balance within the context of their internal and external systems. Denae draws upon Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Internal Family Systems, Nature-based therapy, and humanistic approaches. You will be supported in achieving personal, professional, and lifelong goals.

Denae believes that each person is already whole, and encourages self-acceptance, compassion, and curiosity. Denae is committed to establishing a safe and supportive environment where clients are acknowledged as the authorities in their own lives. In this space, individuals can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without the fear of being judged. Alongside Denae, clients can recognize and overcome limiting beliefs, counterproductive needs, or behaviors that impede daily functioning or self-fulfillment.

Acknowledging the challenges associated with starting therapy, Denae firmly believes that recognizing and addressing personal hurdles is a sign of resilience. Denae is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward self-awareness, contentment, and empowerment. No matter where you are in the continuum of misery to life fulfillment, individuals are encouraged to reach out to Denae to arrange a consultation and intake. Denae offers therapeutic services in English and Spanish.
