Harshita is a fourth-year undergraduate psychology student at the University of Alberta. She recognizes the growing importance of mental health and strives to encourage safe spaces and promote destigmatizing conversations. Her experience in physical health services and senior care has expanded her knowledge and understanding of the impacts of physical and mental pain. She believes everyone has the right to seek support for personal healing, self-reflection, and growth. Dedicated to her passion for psychological wellbeing, Harshita plans to pursue a Masters in Counselling Psychology after graduation.

In her leisure hours, Harshita enjoys the comforts of cooking diverse cuisines and sharing them with her friends and family. As a part of her self-care and wellness journey, she incorporates physical activities such as swimming, yoga, and meditation into her lifestyle. Above all, she holds a deep appreciation for nature and animals, and finds peace and serenity while spending time outdoors.
