Meet Denae

B.A., m.a.C.P.

As human beings, feelings of burnout, anxiety, or depression can arise at various points in our lives. Consulting a psychologist can be immensely beneficial in addressing these challenges.

Denae has personally observed the profound impact of therapy and the remarkable advancements individuals can make while learning to navigate their emotions, foster resilience, and establish valuable connections with others.

Understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all solution, Denae actively engages with clients to create tailor-made strategies that address their individual needs effectively. Denae’s primary aim is to offer support and guidance, enabling individuals to achieve their personal, professional, and lifelong goals.

Denae is committed to establishing a safe and supportive environment where clients are acknowledged as the authorities in their own lives. In this space, individuals can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without the fear of being judged. The primary focus is on recognizing any limiting beliefs, counterproductive needs, or behaviors that impede daily functioning and devising effective strategies to overcome these barriers.

Acknowledging the challenges associated with starting therapy, Denae firmly believes that recognizing and addressing personal hurdles is a sign of resilience. Denae is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward self-awareness, contentment, and empowerment. Whenever individuals are prepared, they are encouraged to reach out to Denae to arrange a consultation and intake.
