This is a group workshop, not a therapy session. Feel free to bring a friend or come alone, and you can choose to delve deeply or keep it light. Denae’s goal is to create an environment for learning, self-discovery, and reflection, while also sharing therapeutic tools for you to take home. If you’re interested in delving deeper into holistic health or art therapy with Denae, please reach out to schedule a counselling session.

No, you don’t need to bring your own art supplies. Our clinic will provide everything you need for the workshop.

Denae Dobko, a dedicated registered provisional psychologist, derives immense satisfaction from assisting clients in their journey towards emotional well-being through art therapy. Employing a compassionate and understanding approach, Denae creates a nurturing space where individuals can explore their emotions and express themselves through artistic means. In addition to conducting individual art therapy sessions, Denae is passionate about facilitating group art therapy sessions in both English and Spanish. She values the therapeutic power of shared experiences and mutual support, fostering a sense of community and connection among participants. Through these sessions, Denae aims to help individuals discover healing, self-expression, and personal growth through the transformative process of art.
